Replaces the deprecated anthropics/claude-code-action@beta (which was returning 404 errors due to an expired default Sonnet model) with the step-security/claude-code-action drop-in fork at v1.0.146. The new version uses an agentic execution model rather than the old direct_prompt auto-post mode, so several adjustments were needed: - Pin model explicitly to claude-sonnet-4-6 via claude_args - Pass github_token explicitly so the action can post comments without relying on a separately installed GitHub App - Raise job-level pull-requests / issues permissions from read to write so the GITHUB_TOKEN can post review comments - Add REPO and PR NUMBER context to the prompt so Claude can target the right PR - Allowlist the specific tools required for automated review via --allowedTools: gh pr view/diff/comment, curl, and the GitHub MCP inline-comment tool for line-level findings - Instruct Claude to deliver the review via gh pr comment and the inline-comment MCP tool rather than as a chat response - Add a standard review-comment format (Action Type, Passed Checks, Failed Checks, Warnings, Security Findings, Summary) so the posted comment is consistent and readable
