rustls 0.23.46 fixes RUSTSEC-2026-0346 to 0349, which fail the security audit. rodbus configures rustls the same way dnp3 does, so the analysis in stepfunc/dnp3#482 applies unchanged: none of the advisories affects rodbus's bindings, including 1.5.0, and no patch release is needed.

rustls 0.23.46 fixes RUSTSEC-2026-0346 to 0349, which fail the scheduled security audit.
rodbus configures rustls the same way dnp3 does (one crypto provider via sfio-rustls-config, default key exchange groups, no ECH, no custom session store, no brotli), so the analysis in stepfunc/dnp3#482 applies unchanged: none of the advisories affects rodbus's bindings, including 1.5.0 (rustls 0.23.40), and no patch release is needed.
