Replace Linux heredoc and Windows here-string qt.conf writers with printf and a PowerShell string array so [Paths] starts at column 0. Indented workflow bodies were emitting invalid qt.conf and nullifying offscreen/plugin path staging (#508). Co-authored-by: michael berry <mberrys@users.noreply.github.com>
