Security bump of the Go toolchain plus vulnerable module updates.

Advisories addressed

  • Go 1.27.3: CVE-2026-111943 (crypto/x509 now rejects certificate chains through the compromised eMudhra intermediates), plus the standard-library fixes from Go 1.27.2. The fix is compiled into each binary, so released binaries and images need a rebuild.
  • golang.org/x/net → v0.60.0+: GO-2026-6603, GO-2026-6610, GO-2026-6611, GO-2026-6612, GO-2026-6617

Changes

  • ./go.mod: toolchain go1.27.3
    • golang.org/x/crypto v0.57.0 → v0.58.0
    • golang.org/x/net v0.59.0 → v0.61.0
    • golang.org/x/sync v0.23.0 → v0.24.0
    • golang.org/x/sys v0.48.0 → v0.49.0
    • golang.org/x/term v0.46.0 → v0.47.0
    • golang.org/x/text v0.42.0 → v0.43.0
  • CI: not changed in this PR (the bot token can't push workflow files). Since go.mod now says toolchain go1.27.3, go will fetch 1.27.3 even on CI runners pinned to an older version. The matching setup-go bump is a small follow-up.

Verification (Go 1.27.3, linux/amd64)

  • go build ./...: pass
  • go test ./...: pass
  • govulncheck ./...: no vulnerabilities found
