Pins the published web and media-server images from merged PR #21 (973d520027a1f109172f0444422188c233f5254f) in GitOps production values. The deployment workflow successfully published both images but its direct push of this tag update was rejected with GH006: changes must be made through a pull request.

Only image tags change. Domain-to-space and domain-to-organization routing remain unset; this update does not provision organizations/spaces, migrate members/content, or alter access permissions. The revised native-organization implementation is being prepared separately.
