Mount Middleware

app.mount() is now available as the Mount Middleware, hono/mount. It is just a handler, so you register it with app.all():

app.mount() still works in v4 but is deprecated and will be removed in v5. Migrating is a one-line change:

Closed: #111 already applies follow-redirects 1.16.1, hono 4.13.13, http-cache-semantics 4.3.0 and shell-quote 1.12.0 on main, and vitest 5 needs Node 22 while CI runs Node 20. We stay on vitest 4.1.x until CI moves to Node 22.
