Add retained executable example evidence for the cross-runtime identity invariant: optimistic versions are keyed by (entity type, ID), not numeric ID alone. The test merges Order#1@v3 with InferenceExecution#1@v9 and asserts both survive independently.\n\nVerified against the local runtime source.\n\nCloses #95
