Refs #19. Explicit local UI boundary with trusted metadata/bindings. Unknown clauses warn without values; invalid input/operators/types/controls fail. Native query composition retains existing filter, order and limit. SQLite test verifies outer and nested tenant constraints. Full pytest: 154 passed/4 skipped; all examples pass. TFP unchanged; automatic generated bindings and seven-language parity remain separate gates.
