fix(chores): deleting a chore clears its timers, and bulk delete clears like a single delete

A running or paused timer on a deleted timed chore stayed stored until the
midnight sweep, and restoring the chore from Recently deleted picked it back
up as a timer that had been "running" ever since. The chore delete now drops
its timed sessions, and a restore clears any left over from an older delete.

Bulk delete removed only the chore itself, leaving its completions, recurrence
history, task-group places and child chore order behind — so a restore added
its completions a second time. It now runs the same delete as one at a time
(delete_chore, the panel, Undo/Restore all share it).

Testing

  • Unit and frontend tests for this change are included in the diff; the whole batch passes the full suite.
  • Checked on the dev Home Assistant instance as part of the v7.7.1 pre-release gate (desktop and 360/375/393/768 phone/tablet widths).
