chore: remove unused utility functions - #89

Remove `copyDirRecursive`, `getExecutableDirectoryPath`, and `parseMultilineInput` from `src/utils.ts` along with the `fs` import. Delete the corresponding `utils-file.test.ts` test file and remove related test cases from `utils-basic.test.ts` and `cache.test.ts`. Update `taskfile.yml` to drop references to the deleted test file. Signed-off-by: Ryan Johnson <ryan@tenthirtyam.org>
