Handle host network mode before the Ryuk mapped-port lookup.

With ryuk.container.network=host, Docker ignores port publishing. getFirstMappedPort() then throws IllegalArgumentException. That failure stops the first non-reused container start. Later containers register without Ryuk cleanup. Handle host in RyukResourceReaper, or reject it with a clear error in RyukContainer.

Handle the configured host network mode before Ryuk reaches the mapped-port
lookup: either update RyukResourceReaper to register Ryuk without relying on a
published port, or validate it in RyukContainer and reject it with a clear error
before startup. Preserve the existing mapped-port path for other network modes.

Remove the inaccurate reachability claim from the ryuk.container.network docs.

The new paragraph says Ryuk cannot otherwise reach containers on custom networks. Ryuk cleans up containers through the mounted Docker socket, not through direct connections to target containers. The setting does not address a reachability problem that the reaper has. Remove the "Useful in ..." sentence so users do not change the network for a problem that does not exist.

Remove the “Useful in ...” sentence from the documentation for
ryuk.container.network, which incorrectly frames the setting as solving Ryuk’s
reachability to target containers. Keep the existing description that Ryuk is
attached to the specified pre-existing network.
