Nothing blocking — pagination side looks good. Left three minor comments on the invoicing exports, all edge cases around ranges/timezones.

Adds offset/limit/reverse paging and a range-wide totalCount to /auth/metrics/hashrate, and three invoicing export types (invoicing-hourly-hashes, invoicing-daily-hashes, invoice-breakdown) so the FE stops paginating and building these files client-side.
