Version bump to
0.4.1(pyproject.toml,tokenops.__version__) and the changelog entry.No functional changes to the library. This is the first release that attaches a CycloneDX SBOM to the GitHub Release (#160, merged), plus the workflow pinning / zizmor / A2A example hardening merged since 0.4.0.
