Expected behavior
All tests in CI should pass with main line SOF code.

Impact
Wastes developer time as CI reports failures that are already happening with baseline

to make the problem clearer: here are parts of one of these bugs:

-rw-r--r-- 1 runner runner 14627459 Aug 28 14:53 linux-build  ptl/build-sof-staging/sof-info/ptl/zephyr.lst
Files linux-build  ptl/build-sof-staging/sof-info/ptl/zephyr.lst and windows-build  ptl/build-sof-staging/sof-info/ptl/zephyr.lst differ

so not only files differ, but their sizes too. Would be great to download artifacts and check files themselves
