The cups-filters project has moved its development to the 2.x line on the master branch, and the OSS-Fuzz build has been failing because the Dockerfile still pinned the legacy 1.x branch whilst OpenPrinting's build script now expects the 2.x. This PR updates the Dockerfile to follow those upstream changes: it removes the 1.x pin so that the default master branch is used, and clones the additional repositories that the new build script requires.
