Footer links on the home page and the three topic hubs still pointed at
tiennm99/mathmax; they now usetiennm99dev/mathmax. Removes the unusedSITE_URLenv from the deploy workflow (nothing reads it;SITE_BASEis the only one used). Released CHANGELOG history is untouched; an Unreleased Fixed entry is added.
