Hold unresolved workspace identities and competing repository sources during review, application and finalization. Preserve existing reviewed scores and source-specific feedback. Fetch grading code at the recorded revision, and withhold current code when that revision is absent. Verify all duplicate receipt entries before reporting delivery.

Verification

• Independent static review and repair review completed.
• Focused synthetic identity, owner-collision, receipt and intent checks passed.
• Broad demo browser regression passed, preserving two explicit identity holds.
• All 28 Console modules passed syntax checks.
• Theme bake, public hygiene, prompt fixtures and diff checks passed.

Limits

No grades, Canvas cells or student repositories were changed. Private teacher drafts are not included. Live course delivery still requires instructor decisions and complete readback. This draft does not deploy the Console.
