Add the Python MCP logo to the project README, with a branch-local SVG and a transparent 512px PNG fallback. Source distributions include both assets. The cog social card is prepared at .github/social-preview.png for repository sharing previews.

Validation: built the wheel and source distribution, checked the embedded README fallback URL and source archive artwork bytes, parsed the SVG, confirmed PNG dimensions, and verified that README code fences are unchanged. The public PNG URL becomes available after merge. Runtime suites were not run for these documentation and asset changes.

why: Give the MCP server its language and product identity.

what:
- Add the SVG, PNG fallback and cog repository social card.
- Include local artwork in source distributions.
