Syncs p3-stack with upstream pstack 0.15.32 (cursor/plugins@9580c23) for DEV-1181. The previous sync was DEV-921 (#1) at 88d4751 (0.15.29). Upstream has 16 commits under pstack/ in between.

Change Upstream Reason
New skills/statechart: draws how a system moves between states as a Mermaid statechart from a TLA+ model, each TLC bug as a numbered path. It also turns an agreed chart into a TLA+ skeleton, or audits code against a spec. SKILL.md and scripts/ are copied unchanged. #741, #776, #779, #791 Vendor-neutral (node, mise, TLC). Nothing Cursor-specific, so it transfers as written.
New skills/ketchup-video: /ketchup as a short silent video of slides, with the waiting calls as text under it. #797 Applies. T3 wiring: "chat" becomes "thread", and the video is embedded in the thread by its absolute path.
reflect: never edit a skill through its symlink into the p3-stack checkout. Replace the symlink with a copy, edit the copy, never open a PR or push. #800 Upstream guards plugins/cache/. Here the same risk is the checkout that install.sh symlinks into ~/.agents/skills/. install.sh skips non-symlinks, so the copy survives reinstalls.
swarm: Phase D says "a result table" (and "in-thread" for "in-chat"). #807 The wording fix applies. The step renumbering was already correct here, because p3-stack kept the "Set N" step that upstream dropped.
p3-help routes to /ketchup-video and /statechart. README skills list adds both. #741, #797 Mirrors upstream's poteto-help and README rows.
CHANGELOG.md entry; NOTICE and README credit name 9580c23 (0.15.32) and Lauren Tan (poteto). n/a Sync record.

Skipped

Change Upstream Reason
Version bumps to 0.15.31, 0.15.32 #792, #798 p3-stack has no plugin.json.
watch-pr: fork heads in stack discovery; cap polling sleeps at the deadline #801, #802 watch_pull_request replaces scripts/watch-pr.
check-plan.mjs inline code delimiters #803 p3-mode ships no scripts.
orch prefers the active PR over branch history #804 No orch. Stack bookkeeping goes through link_pull_request / list_thread_pull_requests.
worktree-audit.sh GNU stat/date #805 No worktree-audit.sh. It mined Cursor transcript files, which t3_thread_read replaces.
Claude Code marketplace auto-update note #806 p3-stack installs as a symlink from a git clone. git pull updates it.
create-formal-verification-skill points generated skills at /statechart #794 That skill is not ported yet. Carry the line over when it is (added to the follow-up list).
docs/guide sections for /statechart and /ketchup-video #741, #797 p3-stack has no guide.

Follow-up (not ported)

  • create-formal-verification-skill (with #794)
  • maintain-formal-verification-skill
  • in-your-own-words

Verification

  • ./scripts/check-skill-names.sh prints ok: 55 skill names match their folders.
  • The AGENTS.md definition-of-done grep finds no Cursor terms in ketchup-video, statechart (SKILL.md and scripts), reflect, swarm or p3-help.
  • node --test skills/statechart/scripts/test/statechart.test.mjs in this checkout, with TLC and Java installed by mise: 150 tests, 148 pass, 0 fail, 2 skipped. Both skips are font tests that need a Type 1 / Nimbus Sans face this machine lacks. About 7.5 minutes.
  • T3 tooling (delegate_task, t3_thread_launch, watch_pull_request, schedule_task, link_pull_request, preview_*, device_*) is unchanged.

Sync with upstream cursor/plugins pstack at 9580c23 (0.15.32), by
Lauren Tan (poteto), MIT. Adds /statechart and /ketchup-video, keeps
/reflect edits out of the installed p3-stack checkout, fixes /swarm's
report wording, and records ported and skipped changes in CHANGELOG.

Review follow-up to #2. reflect now gives the exact procedure for
replacing an installed skill symlink with a copy (readlink -f, copy to
a temp folder, rm the link with no trailing slash, mv, test ! -L),
covers project folders with no symlink and keeps them out of commits,
and tells the user the copy is detached from git pull and how to
restore it.
