PM-6329 Show new showcase fields in preview and customer showcase

Summary

• Shared ShowcasePostDetails in the Work lib. Type, Customer, SMU (the custom value when Others is picked), Deal Close Date, Key Win, Current Status and Owner now show as a labelled summary grid. Before, they were unstyled green dt/dd text. Deal Close Date is formatted as a local short date, so it doesn't shift across time zones.
• Work preview modal: uses the shared summary and story sections. Empty fields are hidden, and so are the Media, Topcoder Challenge Launched, Stats and Skills sections when they have nothing to show. The "No media added yet." / "No challenges selected." placeholders are gone.
• Customer portal showcase post page: now shows the new fields and the The Challenge / The Solution / Business Impact Realised sections. Challenges is renamed to Topcoder Challenge Launched. Empty industries, media, challenges, stats and skills are hidden.
• Customer portal /showcase cards: show Type, Customer and Current Status when they are set. The card summary falls back to The Challenge or Business Impact when The Solution is empty. The industry row is hidden when there are no industries.
• Updated docs/work-showcase-win.md.

Testing

• ShowcasePostDetails.spec.tsx (new): 3 passed
• ProjectShowcasePage.spec.tsx: 3 passed
• tsc --noEmit: clean. ESLint on the changed folders: no errors.
• The customer-portal suites have 4 failures (WorldMap, Skill Statistics tabs). They fail the same way on dev without this change.
