Approve the PyPI upload cutoff for release-creator 0.6.6 so caller locks can select it under the seven-day rule. The later sdist uploaded at 20:48:23.221567 UTC; the reviewed cutoff is 20:48:24 UTC.
The README now places notes rendering in the caller and documents the current
