🐛 fix(release): pin hooks and check PR credits - #29

YAML aliases can share nodes with unrelated hook fields. Reject them before resolving dependencies so a pin update cannot rewrite those fields. Ignore code spans and fences during PR credit checks. Literal pull request syntax in documentation is not an attribution.
Parse release notes as Markdown before checking PR links and author credits. This keeps links in code inert and limits each credit to its own PR group.
Reject duplicate keys and shared aliases before editing hook dependencies. Preserve direct dependency comments and wildcard version caps.
Keep code examples out of anchor and PR-link edits. Attribute fragments by full path and accept valid Knope YAML front matter.

Hook updates pin resolved Python dependencies while preserving version ranges. Resolution follows each hook's Python version, the seven-day PyPI cutoff, and the hook manifest's default. It ignores caller index and TLS overrides and rejects YAML aliases or merges that could redirect a pin edit.
Release notes validate PR credits against rendered Markdown links, including reference links and grouped PRs. Reviewer mentions and unrelated URL fragments do not supply credits. Fragment linking accepts GitHub profile URL variants and valid Knope YAML front matter.
The
hookscommand no longer accepts--exclude-neweror--python-version. github-workflows #12 must lock this published release before its weekly updater can run.
