…tes carry The Unreleased heading becomes v2026.09.14 with the upgrade line from the tag. The Removed section had swallowed the process-contract and serve entries; they are back under Added. Fixed gains the refused-batch offsets, the refused window poll, the encode failure and the connection lock.
