Replace the outdated 8.0.1 snapshot with a narrow reproducible 9.4.4 patch. Preserve production PC tools, scoped MCP permissions, UI and all private configuration. Include source provenance and bounded fetch tests.

The current production Worker is Trinity 9.4.3. This change adds a guarded, reproducible patch under Production-Update/ rather than replacing it with an older core snapshot.
Adds GET-only web_fetch through Agents SDK 0.28.0: private/credential URL rejection, redirect checks, 2 MB / 20 second limits, 6000-character windows and D1 source provenance marked untrusted. Preserves current PC tools, scoped MCP authorization, communication behavior and UI modules. No SQL migration or Sandbox migration.
Validation: four dedicated fetch boundary tests; current-bundle build; health 9.4.4, UI 200, unauthenticated API/MCP 401 in local workerd with compatibility date 2026-10-11. Production configuration and downloaded bundle are kept private; all bindings are inherited during Cloudflare version upload.
