The display card picker listed every GL variant as a separate model (e.g. virtio-gpu-pci and virtio-gpu-gl-pci (GPU Supported)) next to a disabled "GPU Acceleration Supported" checkbox that only reflected the choice, which made enabling acceleration non-obvious.

This hides the *-gl and *-gl-* variants from the picker and shows an interactive "GPU Acceleration" toggle when the selected model has a GL variant. The toggle switches between the GL and non-GL model, so the constants and the values saved in config.plist are unchanged. Selecting a new model that supports GL defaults the toggle to on, and the guest driver footnote is shown while it is on. Works on both macOS and iOS.

Testing: Tested by a human on macOS 27.0, MacBook Air (M3) and iOS 27.0, iOS Simulator. The author acknowledges that this change has been tested and/or reviewed by a human in accordance with UTM's AI contribution guidelines.
