On Admin WP end: Here unordered list and preformatted contents not showing properly

How to Reproduce:

Issue 1:

Step 1: Login with admin and customer panel:

Step 2: Now reply with select all option of text editor and submit reply:

• Choose headings option
• Choose preformatted form
• Choose unordered list option

Step 3: On wordpress admin side when reply after not showing unordered list, preformatted form not showing correctly:

On Saas admin panel:

Check on the wordpress customer panel same reply, here all format showing correctly:

On Saas uvdesk customer panel:

Issue 2:

Login with customer panel and added same reply from cust. end with all format using in reply, So after reply content format not showing properly:

Possible Solution:

1. Preformatted format should be shown like this on admin both saas and uvdesk dashboard:

2. Also, unordered list showing properly

3. If customer reply with these format so here also showing properly like admin panel
