The
pnpmsetup tests can fail withETXTBSYwhen another process inherits a write handle to a temporary executable. They now use a symbolic link to an executable fixture in the repository.pm_audit_buncan time out while it waits for the public advisory service. Its local registry now returns a fixed advisory response forvp pm audit --productionandvp pm audit --fix.Windows snapshot cases can time out while they download large Bun archives. The runner derives an archive list from exact version pins in runnable fixtures. CI downloads these archives into the shared response cache before test commands start. Fixture version changes update this list without a matching CI edit. Fake installations and cases that only inspect configuration can disable preparation with
prewarm-bun = false. Each case keeps its own installation and existing timeout.These changes address the setup failure, audit timeout, and Windows snapshot failures.
