vp migrateleavesoxnodecommands and preloads in projects.This change maps supported commands and shebangs to
vpx. Node.js preloads usevite-plus/registerand keep their Node.js behavior. LiteralNODE_OPTIONSassignments use the same preload.The migration keeps incompatible commands and dependencies that remain in use. Existing Vite+ projects use
vp migrate --full.
