main independently re-added the old flat claude-plugin/ and codex-plugin/ directories (squash-merged PR #1), which no longer match this branch's plugins/vtex-solution-architect-agent/{claude,codex} layout. Resolved by keeping this branch's structure, renamed doc, and README/docs updates; the old flat directories and si-onboarding.md are identical duplicates and are left untracked on disk pending cleanup approval.
