Replace the custom in-repo hero SVG with the standard Vuetify brand-kit product lockup and complete the badge set to match the organization's README template.

Additional Context
This PR follows the canonical logo and badge template used across Vuetify organization repositories. The logo assets are already hosted on the CDN and verified to exist.
