The host now offers clear-only save management and layout dependency preflight without an arrangement diagram. Both language editions document preserved layout import identities, automatic frozen publication versions, and bounded request queues with pre-commit cancellation checks. Shared-record guidance explains list refresh and draft preservation.
Sources: host contracts/saves.md, contracts/layout.md, contracts/host-api.md and modules/workshop.md. Generated references and host-snapshot.json remain synchronized.
Validation: sync-host --check, npm run check and npm run docs:build passed. Host Release x64 build, 1553 native service checks, SDK/localization checks, clear-only saves UI, installation saves UI, bilingual layout details and real notes WebView/restart checks passed. Queue, future-format, import identity and publication retry checks use isolated fixtures. Physical input, physical multi-monitor, live Workshop republication and Steam client acceptance are not claimed.
