Change / 变更

Add the esp32_s3_lr1121_oled_1_54_xf hardware-definition profile so Board Manager can discover and generate the product's named peripherals and devices from this pack. The three YAML files match the product repository's factory-source profile at commit a0bf73932ef06d047810b17888cc7e33f064680e byte for byte.

Update both README catalogs and the product card, and document the profile's source, schematic reference and initialization contract in English and Simplified Chinese. All devices retain init_skip: true; custom radio, OLED, RTC, battery and audio adapters remain application responsibilities. Hardware operation has not been tested for this import. Bump the component version from 0.1.1 to 0.1.2 so the existing main-branch release workflow can publish this profile after its complete build matrix passes.

The unchanged esp32_s3_lr1121_oled_1_54_xf profile passed the following local and PR builds at 5a957a1. The manifest version change triggers a fresh CI build matrix for every board:

• ESP-IDF v5.5.5 × Board Manager 0.7.2, 0.7.3~1: discovery, generation and ci/test_app builds pass.
• ESP-IDF v6.1 × Board Manager 0.7.2, 0.7.3~1: discovery, generation and ci/test_app builds pass.
• Component Manager 2.5.0 / 3.0.3, respectively; esp-bmgr-assist 0.8.3.
• All 22 Python tests and 7 Node tests pass; catalog freshness, documentation navigation and whitespace checks pass.
• Release-source validation in dry-run mode and packaging as waveshare_boards_0.1.2.tgz pass. The archive contains all three new board YAML files. Unit tests and packaging were rerun with the updated manifest.

Compilation validates generated code and API compatibility, not device initialization, wiring, RF operation, audio or other physical functions.
