Change / 变更

Add esp32_s3_lr1121_epaper_2_9 and bump the component version from 0.1.2 to 0.1.3, so the published board pack can supply the profile required by the product examples. The profile declares the shared SPI/I2C buses, GPIOs, WS2812, display power control, e-paper, LR1121, PCF85063A and AXP2602 configuration.

Update both README catalogs with the published product image and documentation links, document hardware references and initialization behavior in both languages, and update CI documentation for six boards. The image and hardware-reference links are pinned to product-repository commit 4aa6c326ca3a23317b180c86bbaea15d3327386f.

Custom display, radio, RTC and battery devices retain application-owned adapters; the WS2812 and custom devices use explicit initialization. The native power-control device is enabled during manager initialization and controls the shared GPIO38 power domain. No physical-board validation or full schematic audit has been performed for this import.

All 22 Python tests and 7 Node tests pass. Board discovery, catalog freshness, documentation navigation, whitespace and release-source validation pass. Component packaging produces waveshare_boards_0.1.3.tgz containing the three new YAML files.

The manifest change selects all six boards for CI: ESP-IDF v5.5.5 and v6.1 with Board Manager 0.7.2 and 0.7.5 (24 builds at the current registry resolution). The new board passes discovery, generation and local compilation in all four combinations. All 24 PR builds, metadata checks and the aggregate Board pack checks status passed on commit 3405496259afe30fef5ff6262399aa014a6ce170 (CI run).

Component Manager is 2.5.0 for IDF 5.5.5 and 3.0.3 for IDF 6.1; the helper is esp-bmgr-assist 0.8.3. Compilation checks generated code/API compatibility, not hardware operation.
