Finoptic blocks (aws_call, supervisor_approval) and image workflow - #1

finoptic-aws: aws_call runs one AWS SDK v3 call with short-lived credentials fetched from the Finoptic broker per call; output is only the API result, credential material is redacted from results and errors. finoptic-approval: supervisor_approval posts to Finoptic, pauses the run (ctx.run.pause) and stops the flow on anything but action=approve. finoptic-images.yml: tests the blocks on PRs; on a finoptic-<version> tag builds the app and worker images (amd64) and pushes them to ECR. packages/blocks/finoptic-aws:aws_call. Creds from the Finoptic broker per call (env URL + secret), in-memory SDK v3 client, only the API result returned, credential material redacted from results and errors.packages/blocks/finoptic-approval:supervisor_approval. Posts to Finoptic, pauses withctx.run.pause(same as core Wait for Approval), anything butaction=approvestops the flow. Resume contract in the block README..github/workflows/finoptic-images.yml: PRs test the blocks on GitHub-hosted runners. Afinoptic-<version>tag builds app + worker (amd64) on the CodeBuild runnerfinoptic-openops-releaseand pushes to ECRfinoptic/openops-app/finoptic/openops-worker.Tests:
nx test blocks-finoptic-aws12 passed,blocks-finoptic-approval7 passed; lint and build pass.Not merged, not released. Needs the CodeBuild project from finoptic-infra and the ECR repos from S1 before the tag job can run.
