Implements a CLI that installs skills deployed with the skills-jar-maven-plugin. Usage: install-skill <groupId:artifactId[:version]> [-r <repository>] [-d <skillsDir>] Creates a temporary Maven project, resolves the skill artifact via the skills-jar:install goal, and copies installed skills to the target directory. https://claude.ai/code/session_019NWGYeNmxc8gyUBF9Y1cqF

Replace the external Maven process execution and download logic with the Maven Embedder API. Maven now runs in-process as a bundled dependency, eliminating the need for mvn on the system PATH. Bump version to 1.0.4. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
