Promote the clean-coding skill naming update from dev to main. The standalone skill invocation is $clean-coding; documentation references match the canonical name.

Validation: skill format and relative-link checks passed; diff checks passed. Merge with a regular merge commit. The main-branch release workflow will publish the update.
