Summary

A replaced refused copy now keeps the file budget's setting (withmarfa/marfa#2408), and WorkingCopy.replaceRefused says the store was replaced when fileBudget can't be set (withmarfa/marfa-swift#375). The Swift package follows the core in withmarfa/marfa-swift#377.

Changes

• Swift SDK, "Replace a refused copy": the setting stays; the default applies when the old store records none or none that can be read; the error for a fileBudget that can't be set.
• Troubleshooting, the wrong_schema entry with no unsent writes.
• Devices, the paragraph on a copy made by an earlier build.

Testing

• pnpm test passed (706 tests, including the content lint), after a rebase onto the current main.
• Not run: pnpm build.

Notes for reviewers

• Merge after the Swift SDK release that carries feat(package): follow Marfa 0.0.38 to remove a copy and keep its file budget when replacing marfa-swift#377, because the site describes released behavior.
• Rebased with docs(devices): describe removing a working copy #646 and docs(swift-sdk): describe removing a working copy #662 and merged with both locally without a conflict.
