Summary

• Get updates: the sign-up now opens in a card. Open it from the footer's Subscribe link, or from the line "Want to hear when the apps open? Get updates" under the home page's introduction. Follow along is gone from About.
• Get in touch: About ends with "Have a question or an idea? Get in touch", which opens the contact card (Close, Copy Address, Open Mail). Contact is gone from the footer.
• Header: only the mark, GitHub and a slightly larger Docs pill. It stays at the top as a page scrolls, 80% opaque and blurred, with even space above and below and a hairline once the page has moved.
• Footer: the home page keeps room for the longest answer, so the footer stays put whichever question is open.
• Spacing: less desktop space above the title, and About sits a little tighter.
• Failure page: it carries the form, so you can retry there without JavaScript.

Testing

• pnpm check and pnpm build pass.
• Checked locally with wrangler dev at 1440×900 and 375×812, in light and dark, on Home, About and the sign-up pages.
• Sign-up through the card against the local D1: an invalid address shows the error, a valid one shows the thanks message and Done.
• The footer stays at the same position with each question open, on desktop and phone.
