Add missing parameter types and domains in catalog.json for forcePlayerHero, stopForcingHero, forceThrottle, and stopChasingVariable, and update actions.md accordingly.
Synchronize PINNED_CATALOG_DIGEST in identity.rs with the updated catalog.json dataset digest.
