On macOS, remote inspection looks for PyRuntime in image basenames beginning with libpython, python, or Python. Framework builds whose configured name has none of those prefixes cannot find their own runtime, so self-inspection and sys.remote_exec between processes using that framework fail. Add the configured framework name to the search candidates and remove the incomplete list of names from the error message.

The defect is in the runtime-image name filter and also affects ordinary custom-named framework builds. The fix is independent of --enable-relocatable and applies to inspection by a build configured with that framework name.

Stacked on #51.
