Adopt stable Aztec v6.0.0 so the standards contracts and TypeScript integrations use the released Noir libraries, SDK, and proving backend.

What changed

• Pin all aztec-nr dependencies, @aztec-labs/* packages, @aztec-foundation/bb.js, and the CI toolchain version to 6.0.0; regenerate yarn.lock. aztec-nr's stable tag explicitly depends on protocol v6.0.0, and SDK stdlib uses bb.js 6.0.0.
• Set this package's release version to 6.0.0 and update the protocol-interface documentation links. Keep viem 2.57.1 and aztec-benchmark 6.0.0-rc.1: they match the SDK dependency and its supported peer range, respectively; no newer benchmark release is published.

Breaking changes
Consumers should use the matching v6.0.0 SDK and toolchain. No contract interface changes are introduced by this PR. Review compiled/runtime compatibility through CI before merging.

Not in this PR
Publishing and release tags are separate. Noir tests, JS tests against a running local network, and benchmarks are deferred to the PR Checks workflow; the PR remains draft until those runtime checks pass. A CI watch is armed.

Evidence
yarn ccc compiled all 13 contract artifacts and generated their wrappers using the v6.0.0 toolchain. yarn check:noir-deps, yarn typecheck, yarn build, npm pack --dry-run --json ./export/@aztec-foundation/aztec-standards, dependency install, frozen-lockfile install, formatting, and diff checks pass. Compilation emits upstream warnings. All 18 aztec-nr dependency pins and direct SDK/backend pins resolve to stable v6.0.0. Checked the wallet-internals shim against installed v6.0.0 method signatures. sha512 master remains at the recorded commit. Upstream aztec-nr tag peels to 0472012201fdff1429d184f8d25cecf13ca94326; protocol v6.0.0 is 0219f11d8133970df3974fe5ae65e006bf8c193a.
