Reverse-direction, non-force prerequisite restack. Adopt protected/default
main@f8260f1e03836039ff9463dd99fa982e4e270c4binto #77's Rust/reproducibility foundation before touching release-evidence child #164. Fresh compare is ahead 21 / behind 1 and the effective #77 product delta remains its nine Rust/reproducibility/deployment paths. No force/rebase, gate weakening, or child-owned release delta is introduced. After merge, all predecessor #77 evidence is historical and exact-head gates must reacquire.
