Dependency-first, non-force restack only. Parent #77 advanced normally to exact
1349b75b6e1441e531ebb443b32546ff707ac467after adopting protected #155. Carry that exact parent into release-evidence child #164 without changing the child-owned four-path release/SBOM/provenance delta. No force/rebase, publication, tag, attestation, or gate weakening. After merge, all #164 predecessor execution/review evidence is historical and must be reacquired on the new exact child head.
