The Ubuntu failure exposed a process-global exit-code race in in-process CLI tests. 58d98c4 returns an invocation-local code and leaves process exit assignment to Program; the regression deterministically fails with the old global-read consumer and passes with the fix. All 626 net10 App tests pass with coverage; the regression also passes on net11. 4ff55c8 removes redundant upfront both-framework compilation from Cake UnitTest without changing tests, coverage, source-path settings or timeouts. Description
Use managed Git exclusively in the established CLI and experimental CLI. Remove both LibGit2Sharp adapter projects, their package dependencies and native Git payloads. Keep ordinary tool, MSBuild, archive, Docker and RID publication defaults unchanged.
The v7 compatibility setting remains: unset/blank and explicit
managedselect managed Git;libgit2produces an actionable removed-in-v7.1 error; unknown values fail before execution. Selector removal remains v8 work (#5136).Repository fixtures now arrange histories through Git CLI operations. Existing calculation scenarios retain their expectations. Useful dual-backend cases now use explicit expectations or Git CLI oracles; ordered walker results are retained as recorded LibGit2Sharp 0.32.0 expectations. CI retains OS/TFM/distro/architecture coverage while dropping duplicate backend runs. Package verification checks publish inputs before single-file bundling and completed NuGet contents.

Motivation and Context
This completes the managed-Git migration and removes the native Git dependency blocking #3981. It does not implement NativeAOT. PR #5391 is unchanged and requires separate reassessment, rebase/simplification, validation and fresh review after this work lands.
