addign this since quadrotor with id 11 is being used by other excersices

hi @javizqh what i am looking is for poses? instead of instances but humble devel on ri is different from the latest branch databse which you are working on that has poses.

The default color is Orange

Also if this is meant to change the color if multiple drones are launched, this will not work, because the color parameter must not be changed in the RAM as it is not "entrypoint" or "namespace"

for two separate robots each carrying its one row with extra configs exactly like for sensor:=camera.
also i think its not necessary for n robots to share the same extra config that is why we are generalizing this for n robots

so my this two row approach works without modifying the ram
