Add SlidingWindowInfererExport for ONNX-exportable sliding window inference - #9229
I implemented a UNet whose inference phase uses monai.inferers.SlidingWindowInferer, but the sliding window computation itself could not be converted to ONNX, so deployment still required a full PyTorch runtime. This PR adds monai.inferers.SlidingWindowInfererExport, an nn.Module that wraps a network and performs the complete sliding window pipeline (padding, windowing, blending and stitching) with tensor operations only, so the whole computation can be exported to ONNX with torch.onnx.export and run without PyTorch.
The window layout for a fixed input spatial size is precomputed at construction time, reusing the existing helpers (dense_patch_slices, _get_scan_interval, compute_importance_map, the latter registered as a buffer), and the forward pass mirrors sliding_window_inference: it iterates over the same (batch, window) pairs, accumulates the importance-weighted predictions, normalises by the per-image window coverage, and crops the padding. For the same configuration its output matches SlidingWindowInferer (exactly in eager mode in the tests below, and within float tolerance after ONNX export).
The exportable path covers the representative deployment case: a fixed input spatial size, a network returning a single tensor with the roi spatial size, and constant or gaussian blending. Configurations that need runtime decisions (multiple or dictionary outputs, multi-resolution outputs, buffered stitching, process_fn, with_coord) remain served by SlidingWindowInferer, whose behaviour is unchanged.
I also fixed a trace-blocking bug in sliding_window_inference found along the way: when roi_size is larger than the input (padding path), the final un-padding called round() on shape-derived values that are tensors under torch.jit tracing, which raised TypeError: type Tensor doesn't define __round__ method during ONNX export. The values are now converted with float() first.

Test report
New tests in tests/inferers/test_sliding_window_inferer_onnx.py (21 tests, all passing on CPU):
Eager outputs of SlidingWindowInfererExport match SlidingWindowInferer for 1D, 2D and 3D inputs, constant and gaussian blending, overlaps of 0.25 and 0.5, batches of 1–3 images, and roi sizes larger than the image (padding path).
The same cases exported with torch.onnx.export (opset 18) and executed with onnxruntime match the SlidingWindowInferer outputs (max abs diff ~3.6e-07 in local runs).
Error handling: mismatched input spatial size, a network returning multiple outputs, and an invalid overlap are rejected with clear errors.
Existing tests: tests/inferers/test_sliding_window_inference.py — 139 passed, 24 skipped. ruff check and black --check pass on the changed files.
Adds SlidingWindowInfererExport for fixed-spatial-size inputs. It batches windows through a network, blends and normalizes predictions, and crops padding from the result. The class is exposed and documented. Tests compare eager and optional ONNX Runtime outputs with the standard inferer and check invalid inputs.
The new exportable inferer behaves differently from the existing inferer for half-precision network outputs, and its exported models only accept the batch size used at export time, which the documentation does not say. The ONNX test also risks failing in Windows CI. These are fixable with small changes and should be addressed before merge.

Explanation
Issue #6526 requires an ONNX-convertible sliding-window inference workflow. The PR adds and exports SlidingWindowInfererExport as an nn.Module with tensor-only padding, windowing, blending, stitching, and cropping. The implementation supports fixed spatial sizes, single ROI-sized tensor outputs, and constant or Gaussian blending. The added tests compare eager and ONNX Runtime results with SlidingWindowInferer. The float() conversion also fixes the reported tracing failure when padding is required.

Explanation
The changed files add the export inferer, expose and document it, add focused eager and ONNX tests, and fix the related tracing bug in sliding_window_inference. These changes support issue #6526. The documented exclusions remain with the existing inferer and do not add unrelated behavior.

State the ONNX batch-size limit or support a dynamic batch.
forward reads the batch size in eager mode, but its Python window loop is unrolled during export. The documented torch.onnx.export call also fixes the input shape to the example batch size. An exported model made with batch size 1 therefore does not accept batch size 2, although this line identifies only the spatial size as fixed. State that each export has a fixed batch size, or implement and test dynamic-batch export. (docs.pytorch.org)

Preserve the input dtype when stitching predictions.
If a float32 input produces float16 network predictions, these allocations make the result and coverage accumulation float16. sliding_window_inference instead uses the input dtype for its output and count map. This changes the returned dtype and can change blended values in mixed-precision inference. Allocate the stitching and coverage tensors using inputs.dtype, and cast predictions as needed for accumulation.

Use a temporary directory for the ONNX file.
On Windows, a default NamedTemporaryFile cannot generally be reopened by path while it remains open. Both the exporter and ONNX Runtime receive that path inside the with block, so the ONNX tests can fail before their assertions run. Create the file path inside a TemporaryDirectory instead.
