Adds an opt-in Turn off mobile data setting that disables mobile data when the timer expires, using the existing Shizuku integration and
svc data disable. The setting defaults to off and is persisted in DataStore. It uses the existing Shizuku permission flow, is included in startup permission reminders, and has English and German translations. The README documents the new option. No new permissions or dependencies are added.
Implements #60.
Validation:
JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/java-17-openjdk ./gradlew assembleDebug lint testDebugUnitTest --offline --console=plain— successful; lint reports warnings and the unit-test tasks have no test sources.git diff --check— passed.
