## Scope Stacked on #49. Merge the planning PR first, then retarget this PR to main. Replace all five Org implementation checklists with actual AsciiDoc, updating links, repository guidance, and the RFD status checker and regression fixtures. Preserve prose, task completion, phase status, and RFD lifecycle states. No runtime behavior changes. Completed/total task counts are unchanged: - RFD 1: 34/34 - RFD 2: 40/40 - RFD 3: 129/129 - RFD 4: 13/30 - RFD 5: 0/23 ## Validation - RFD status checker and regression tests passed, independently rerun by the coordinator. - Migration worker verified Nix flake check, Cargo format, Clippy with warnings denied, workspace tests, and shell syntax checks. - Migration worker rendered all five checklists with Asciidoctor 2.0.26 without warnings and checked content preservation and local links. - No Org files remain under rfd. Completed checkboxes use AsciiDoc lowercase x; the existing partial marker remains documented as text. Existing Phase 0 work in the original checkout was left untouched. Co-authored-by: Darwin D. On the planning branch based on current main: Nix flake check, Cargo format, Clippy with warnings denied, workspace tests, shell syntax checks, and RFD checker/regression tests all passed.
