Add a Jupyter Server extension that answers GET /deepnote/widget-assets/<kind>/<path> with a file from the project's environment: a JupyterLab extension file, bokeh's static JS or panel's dist. Requests need the Jupyter token, only .js, .css and .json files inside those folders are served, and packages are never imported.

resolves Bokeh and Panel from the kernel-visible package set rather than

Summary
Jupyter Server now serves widget library files (JavaScript, CSS and JSON) installed in the project's environment at
GET /deepnote/widget-assets/<kind>/<path>. The outputs host fetches them with the project's Jupyter token, so widgets from Bokeh, ipympl, Panel and other JupyterLab extensions can load their JavaScript from the machine instead of a public CDN.What's inside

tests/unit/test_widget_assets.pyhas 38 tests: file lookup, path validation, symlinks, packages that fail when imported, the route with token auth, and the config entry.
