Attach stable per-run Conduit credentials to browser responses and publish changed snapshots asynchronously after status updates. Polling remains available when Conduit is unavailable. Publishing is best effort, carries the Redis sequence for stale-message rejection, and suppresses duplicate broadcasts for idempotent updates.
